UK company questions
Can I register a UK company if I live in Pakistan?
Yes. Anyone 16 or older can be a director. You need a UK registered address and must verify your identity, both included in the non-resident pack.
How long does it take?
Usually within 24 hours of filing, after every director has verified their identity.
What do I need?
Company name, business activity, and each director’s name, date of birth, nationality and address.
Are there yearly costs?
A £50 Companies House confirmation statement each year, and £25 per year if you keep our registered address. Annual accounts are due too; we can prepare them.
